Your manuscripts and account are stored by the workspace service. Editing alone does not send your manuscript to an AI provider.
Generating sends a bounded chapter excerpt, instruction, recent chapter context, planning notes, selected facts and selected reference material to the configured AI provider. You can review the context before generating. Provider data policies apply.
You can export manuscripts and delete a hosted account. Limited payment and provider-cost records remain for reconciliation. Encrypted backups follow the operator’s retention policy.
Optional usage feedback records campaign labels, task types, result interactions and ratings, linked to your account after sign-in. It does not record manuscript text, prompts, full URLs, IP addresses or keystrokes in product analytics. Usage events and ratings expire after 90 days; turn feedback off in settings to remove them sooner. Attribution, account-level choices and first-use dates are retained until you opt out or delete the account.
A trial request stores the email and task you submit, campaign labels and the date for up to 90 days. Email ownership is not verified by submitting this form. The operator can use it to contact you about trial access. Use the withdrawal button in the same browser session or contact support to request removal.
